this guy wants to trade me this rims with tires for some old beat up truck rims but the holes on these scare me. he said he had them on his banshee and there drilled to fit yamaha and honda. what do you guys think?

When drilling new mounting holes, you will have to be dead on center or you will get a vibration at speed. The more there of center, the worse it will be.
