kick starter issue

Ok one last question on this the plastic bushing look fine not worn but my question is when u are pitting on the spring the inside of spring goes in the kickstarter shaft and the plastic bushing slides in there as for the othe end of spring that goes in housing does it just twist up to the hole on casing or do u twist it all the way around once then into the casing. I am just twisting it up till it goes in to casing

your doing it right you put the gear in then twist up to the hole
