kick start gear & wiring help!

Ok so i was installing my block off kit few days ago and pulled the side caseing off and the kick start gear came out with it and i carnt figer out how to put it back in - Havent got a clue where the spring goes. Every time i try put it in i carnt get the kick start to come back up. Can anybody help or have a picture please? Also i was looking at the wiring and there is loads of wires not connected to any thing can i just clip them and put tape over them - Theres 3 wires conecting into 1 and 2 of the 3 is not conected to anything - Sorry for bad writing have to use phone. Carnt get pics internet is off for few days - Hope i make scence.

for the kicker, the spring needs to locate into the casing on the engine side, what i like to do is to get the nut off and remove the kicker from its shaft, slide the shaft out of the clutch cover then position it into the motor with everything engaged them put the cover on over the shaft then put the kicker arm back last.

makes it easier to line up the spring... tough part is getting the nut loose when the cover is off...

the kickstart spring goes in the hole at about the 1 o-clock position above the spring/mechanism, and the case helps/pushes it in further to hold it there
i see you have no headlight, and is the tors disconnected, those could explain some spare wires, i wouldnt clip them, just tape them and ty-rap them up good

Thanks awk ill try it in the morning and it must be like 30 wires. Most of them are disconected i have taken around ten off that was not conected to any thing

30 wires? blaster don't have that many wires.. maybe 10.

maybe not 30 bit over the top but i say 20 plus with all the conectors - And do you no where the picture is? I carnt see that 1 on my phone
