Kennedy

lets say that he is not very well liked by most guys here (myself included) for some of the shady things he has done

I had him do a cylinder. I told him twice it had to be stock bore because we cant go over 200cc and wanted room for a few bores. I get the cylinder and its a 67. At my cost I have it nikasiled and I get it back and I install it and the pistin hits the outside of the head. He has me dremel the squish band bigger so it wont hit. After 2 laps blows up. He thinks the tolerances were wrong and at my cost i get it renikasiled. after 1 lap it blows. It now sits in the garage to remind what a dick he is. His last response was the nikasil inside a steel jug wont let it cool....bs....want to buy it

Actually do you still have it? I might be interested in it.

I'm running a Kennedy ported blaster top end right now and it screams. I got it CHEAP second hand so I cannot complain about the "price to me" like KGibson can.

I can say that the work doesn't look like a lot of time was taken on it. It's ported for a +3 stroker without spacer plate, the transfers are opened up, the exhaust port is widened and raised, the intake has been raised some and the intake window floors were lowered. As for all of the ports being the same height and things grossly mismatched, no, everything is even and straight. It just doesn't look like the care was taken to really smooth things out like some of the other builders do. I've seen pictures of wildcard's, flotek's and Ken's work and they look like someone really took the time to make sure things didn't just run well but everything looked good too. The top end kennedy didn't; it looks like someone did only what was necessary to get the ports the sizes needed....

All i can say is I hope you have a big wallet! He is useless in my book! Talks the talk but won't walk the walk. Oh and has ripped many over on E2S.

most of the guys on e2s have been more than nice to me. Just because they dislike YOU does not mean they deserve anything kennedy caused them, i.e. loss of money and time!!!

Kennedy has been great to me. Iv never had a problem with him. He gave me a good deal on a pipe. and Did a great job on my 240. He also helped me jet it over the phone.

wished i could find the pic of the cylinder he sent out to one of us, completely unbelievable, oooooooooo but wait, he redid it after the customer complained,
and got props for that ?????
the fact he tried to pass that off in the first place is complete doucheness
i wouldnt let him install training wheels on a tricycle
