I was driving down the road with one of my buddies just messing around and the blaster just randomly shut off and slid about 15 or so yards cuz i seen my tire marks and the kick start wouldnt budge at first now it will move but it want start i bought a new plug and all but still dont wanna crank help me plzz lol its aggervating me

that is usually a sighn of the engine seizing up or the crank went bad. tare down the top end and see if the piston looks bad or if it will rotate when you crank it over.

lol for some reason it sounds easier said then done i dont have much mechinical experience im just 18 but i dont guess it can be to hard

i tore mine apart and rebuild the bottom end and whole motor/quad when i was 16 so age aint an excuse, that just sounds bad.

taking the top end off is easy, just get a haynes or clymer repair manual.

Sorry habbit, Its not hard to tear down the top end. just keep everything organized and label things if that helps, The amount is going to depend on the damage, if the top end needs rebuilt or not. or if the crank itself is damaged or just in need of new bearings and such. take the top end apart and get pics of it.

once you start taking it apart you will start to get the hang of it. just make sure you dont lose any small or important parts. once i took apart my carb and lost a tiny washer, didnt even realize it, and it screwed the whole thing up.

i havent taken it apart yet cuz i got it to crank by pull starting it but i can never kick start it now only by pulling it with another four wheeler

no it will only stay crunk if i keep pulling the choke out and wen i do that its revving really high just at an idle like u no juss sitting there but and wen i give it gas it bogs down.. Lol im lost

Sounds like a carb problem. I'd take off the carb and clean it, check the jets and put it back together.


Carbs suck to work on so be careful...
