Jettttttiiiinnnggggg!!!!

his are pro x so they wont be the same, just like my dyno jets were. I just did another leakdown test, each test declines at a different rate for some reason, i am going to get an expansion plug for the exhaust to eliminate a leak there. I am at a loss right now, it is pissing me off, i might have just found an already exosting problem like bad crank seels, cause i am not seeing bubbles anywhere.... :(

if the test is losing pressure its gota leak somewhere

alright, i did another leakdown with a new tighter clamp, still loosing pressure, so i am going to try and find an expantion plug for the exhaust and if it is still leaking it must be that i found a crank seal leak i wouldnt have found otherwise. If this turns out to be the case i might just send ken the engine get him to fix it and while its there check the crank bearing and port it as well, if thats the case i got a build on my hands...

If ya spray soapy water on the exhaust and don't find a leak then i would say that's good. Good job a leak down test is the shizzle! Ken will take care of ya too!

its really hard to see any bubbles cause it is all in the way. I tried a 1.5 inch expansion plug but it was too small. I am gunna get a 1-1/4" for next weekend and see how that works, then i will be certain. Thanks for the input guys :) kinda bummed i cant ride this week

alright, as per ken and someone else suggested, i greased up the exhaust block off and the leak went down from 2-2.5 psi per 5 minutes to 1 psi per 5 minutes, what do you think?

if you had the stock exhaust gasket in there during the leakdown test id say thats your problem. take the stock o ring gasket out then try it. to me it sounds like your not sealing on the exhaust port nice and snug

try to put a turn or 2 on the jug bolts but dont strip them, if there really tight then it wouldnt leak there. can you see the jug/base gasket? inspect it closely. does it look legit?

Well I won't be workin on it for 2 weeks,on my way back to school...
I will prolly take the engine out of the frame next I am back and find one easier, I will also have to test the tester as well, I have a sneeky suspision it could be leaking at the gauge, we will see though, I am not ready to accept defeat yet!!!
