You mean main & pilot jets?
Work with your main jet first.
If you're not able to get your quad running good with the air screw between 1-2 turns out, THEN move on to a different pilot jet.
Lastly, there are not any one-size-fits-all solutions to jetting. Plus your quad will require different jets for different conditions.....like summer vs winter. So the only real way to learn about jetting is to learn your carb inside and out and then start testing which jets work best for your current weather and elevation (plug chops are your friend!).
Asking an online forum which jets are best for your quad will only be helpful to you as a starting point because no 2 quads run exactly the same. So really it's up to you to find out which jets work best.
