Just got a stock 02 blaster, besides a dg silencer.

Tommorow I am grabbing used fmf pipe, getting oil inject block off (plan @ 32:1), and taking off the air box lid.

These will be my only performance mods for sometime.

My question is 1. what carb jets and settings do I need (approx 2500 elevation).

also, I have already read some of the carb / jet stickies, but im dumb. Never messed with mechanical stuff much. I need some pictures!

The fact that i've already ordered new breaks and tires is alot of mechanical stuff for me!

from what I gathered in the 'what jetting' thread, I should get around 290 main, and stock pilot? Do I need to move need position?0.2.
 
FMF = #260 main jet.

32:1 = + 1 so #270

Air lid off = +2 so #290

2500 elevation - 1 so back to #280.

I would start at a #290 main.

You should set your idle.

Plug chop to confirm.

You may have to also plug chop the needle at 1/2 and 3/4 throttle.
 
Well i've ordered jets, EBC brakes all around, shorty rear brake cable, FMF pipe, rear wheel spacers!

Heres to hoping it turns out nice!
