haha got her running today and bam the clutch tweeks out. it is like it wont disengage the clutch enough. hmm time to tear it back out, and look at it again !

hmm any ideas on what u guys think it might be?

clutch plates might be stuck together

yup...if its been sitting a while it may be stuck, pull in the clutch lever and try to rock it back and forth

I've heard that trying to rock it back and fourth until it breaks loose works if the issue is similar to that of a bike that's been sitting for a while. Or you could just go to rocky mountain atv and just get a tusk clutch kit. I've got one on the way now.

check what those other guys said...also if you tear it apart make sure that the 3/16 ball is in the push rod...

mine was missing the ball and wouldnt disengage the gears...got the ball put it in and it works fine...GL bro...

hmm okay well breaking in in now and it sorta disengauges but not all the way. ill check on the ball tomorow. gotta clean up
