Depends on what your definition of porting is. Was someone in there grinding things? Yes.
I'm with Jus_me here. Anyone can grind away at a cylinder, but will it deliver fuel and air more efficently and create more power?
For a few more Buck$, you'd be better off sending out a stocker to a builder with proven results, and having it ported to suit your needs.

Sandblasting any parts inside an engine is not a good idea. The particles of media that are imbedded in the metal will release with heat and vibration.

Depending what the bore is at in MM, if a person needed a jug/head that's a reasonable price.
IMO, doesn't look like any more than a bit of clean up you find on You tube vids. The exhaust isn't even opened up.
As to the media blasting, never heard that theory before

It has some work done to it. No way to tell if it's going to work. If he measured the cylinder accurately, it's .060 (1.5mm) over size. I've heard the same thing about sandblasting but never had a problem with it. I run the ported cylinders in the ultrasonic cleaner before they get painted. Maybe that's the ticket.
