Yes and no8-| Lots more work "could" be done to it, if it's not to far gone in "wrong" direction X(. I wouldn't pay "extra"8-| for that work if that's what you're asking

If you're in need of a cylinder is how many bores are left in that one??

That Is not bad People , That is a A Start to a DIY job , The main reason its Looks bad is the Exhaust port was not Polished after , The intake side looks Like it could use a Touch up , But its not Junk if the Bore life Is still Small enough , It looks to me that it is Very Saveable And Totally Fixable !
