and i just talked to the guy and he said that it has 10 hrs on top end and i also talked him down to $650

650 is good imo. I payed 1400 for a 94 that needed a top end rebuild and the shocks needed to be rebuilt. I was young and stupid when I bought it and took a friends word for it that it was worth the 1400

buy it up worth it... who know if it actully has a good top end but for that price you could rebuild it again.. BUY IT
