is it bad when

With a 50 pilot installed, turn the airscrew IN one full turn so that it's out just one turn from fully seated. Then try adjusting your idle speed screw. Turning the airscrew in richens the mixture at idle. If your engine still doesn't idle well, you may need that 52 pilot.

i run a 34 pj on my ken oconnor motor, and have for the last 3 seasons run a 45 pilot, (it was suggested to me to go as low as a 42/38 pilot by a very trusted source) i can't figure out where you guys are getting the idea to run these huge ass pilots, then wonder why your sh*t won't run, unless seeing it smoke after warm up is the only way you know how to jet ???
and i gave up on that stupid ass idea of using the choke circut for idle adjustment,
i use the throttle cable tension to get it to idle, then fine tune with that supposed idle circut, sure it idles a little higher when the bars are cranked to the left, but that comes in handy now and then too

You surprise me awk, to have the throttle come on uncontrollably on a full lock (left) on a right hand bend when power sliding, to me it is a recipe for disaster.

it idles MAYBE 100 rpms higher when the bars are fully cranked, at idle in nuetral,
i tested it, the bike gains no speed AT ALL when i'm riding it and crank the bars fully left,
plus i'm already full throttle all the time anyway, hahahahaaaa

i got a 50 pilot in mine and it runs great and my idle circut works great. i would love to be able to show ya how my big pilot runs sometime hahaha :p :p
