At about 3:00 min, if the engine is in the blaster and the cable is connected, I am supposed to adjust it until these two points align when looking straight across (picture is angled), right?
You adjust the pointer with the clutch adjuster , then attach the cable. Right here is the point where you should be looking in the manual, either a Clymers or the PDF.
