ok i just got my airbox and am trying to put it in and can figure out how it goes in. do i have to make brackets for it or does it just bolt in to a bracket on the bike? any info would help

theres a hole in the left side thats supposed to mount to the oil tank bracket but on mine the tube was to short too reach the carb good so i have to drill another hole to mount it to

then u also need to figure out how to mount it on the right side as well. I welded a 3in triangle into the corner of my frame and drilled a hole for a bolt to go threw. Then used a brass bushing as a spacer. The hole aftermarket thing is just a pain in the balls. But well worth the time.

me and my buddy figured it out. we took the piece off the one side redrilled a hole in the left side of the box used that as a spacer and threaded the one bolt right into a unused bracket and then used a rubber coated conduit holder around the frame right to the hole on the right side of the box. i do wish that the people who make these would come up with some basic directions just to give you an idea on the way they designed it to fit.

i agree that they should give you some kind of instructions an the rubber boot to the carb could have been a lil bit longer but other than that im realy impressed by the over all quality of it the welds look amazing I:I

Good info to know, guys. I've been looking at the CFM airbox, it is so much cheaper than the Project Blaster one (although the PB is super trick looking).

mine fit in quite well, no real big problems. i just gotta do some thing about the round stock he gave me as a mount on the right side. also does anybody else have trouble with water getting in easily?
