Just wondering how everyone is tightening there spark plug and whats the Torque setting that you use? When i pulled my plug out the other day after a plug chop i noticed that i didnt squish the ring down at all when i pulled the plug out, would that effect your jetting?Thanks:-D

after its snugged down you go a 1/4 turn more as that flattens the ring seal and wont allow air in ,a loose plug at high rpm is a recipe for disaster

^what he said. I don't know if there is a torque spec (probably is) but it would be kinda tricky to get a torque wrench on top of a socket with the gas tank on the quad!! I usually the stock spark plug socket thingy and a nice pair of channel locks to tighten it. I also drilled two holes through the spark plug thingy so that I can use the stock screw driver to tighten or loosen on the trail. The stock pliers leave a lot to be desired!
