yea i let my friend ride my blaster today and he fried my clutch it was his first time ride anything with a clutch.. he didn't do to bad teal he got to shifting he didn't let go of the gas enough and the rpm's raced up and he dropped the clutch.. after he got back i had no free play left in my clutch and no clutch at all i had to push it back to my truck...so is it save to assume that my clutch is f*cked... im going upstate to ride this weekend so i need to fix it tomorrow.

ether put anew one in... or pull it out and sand the metal disks up so there clean again.. if there blue it was slipping.. if the friction disks are tore up replace it
i have another one thats about half used im going to put in there for the weekend..and maybe order a new one over tehre weekend
im trying to get my friends into quads so i have someone to ride with...i got my one friend into it by letting him ride ones... and now he's getting a quad..so i was hoping it would help my other friend...
Try adjusting the cable...maybe he stretched it or it came out of adjustment??
Otherwise, pull that sh*t apart quick!! Start soaking the other (half used??) one in oil now. You also may try putting some new/heavier springs in there too while you've got it apart.
I let people who don't know how to ride ride the blaster.....and no one has messed up the clutch yet! Although lately it's all people riding on the snow, which is key, you really don't have to know how to ride to start off in the snow!!

my friends clutch
my friend was power braking his stock blaster when all of the sudden white smoke came pouring out the crankcase went hose. his clutch was completely wiped out i just laughed at him!!!

hahaha....although that could be that he's just got one tire fire on the other side. Stupid open differentials (98% of limited slip rear ends are essentially open diffs with weak clutches, only worm gear driven limited slips can spin both tires all the time)!!!
it turns out my clutch basket nut came lose... put it all back together and its all better now.. i loctited it and its all good. leaving tomorrow at 10am
