i seized my engine ?

You said you should have put a wiseco in it when you had it a part. I noticed in your sig you have a 240 kit. Vito's 240? What piston are you running in it?
 
Yesterday i ran my blaster in the snow, i was testing out my new dmc alien exhaust which i jetted my self with a 260 main and needle grove 5, the blaster is stock with no mods, i also removed the air box lid. it used allot of gas ( 4 liters in 45 minutes). i was running it hard and was doing drag races when it cut out. i thought it had run out of gas so topped it up but it still didn't start. i towed it back to the garage and took a look at the spark plug thinking that it had bogged up. i replaced it but no difference. the quad is getting oil but it sounds funny to kick it over and harder, sometimes the kick starter flings back at me which hasn't happened before. i think it is an engine seizure or overheat but im not no sure and don't want to take the top end of until i know what it is. does anyone know??? thanks!
 
the flywheel key may have broke...that may be the kicing back issue cause they will do that when the timing is out...its a simple check id look at that 1st.

just wanted to add that if ur piped with no airbox lid and its snowing cold..your gonna want at least a 280 main..
 
what f*cked my top end was i got the cylinder honed without getting the ports fixed to match the cylinder honing. so one of my rings snagged a port.
 
You think thats bad, when my blaster blew up I came to find out that the cylinder was bored crooked by the last owner so the piston was rubbing against the cylinder, you can see it on the piston.
 
no its a normal machine shop i didnt ask him to fix the ports so i cant biotch about it.he charged 20 bucks anyway. I will tell him and he will probaly do it for free.
