i seized my engine ?

do you mean it was bored? honing does remove enough material to have a ring snag a port.

no it was honed, i havent looked at the top end yet , but in my manual it said if any honing or boring occurs you have to do something with the ports. i just pulled the clutch lever a min ago and i noticed its realy hard to pull, so is my clutch fried?

it is called chamfering the ports..it is def. required when go overbore .010 or more...a hone will not require chamfering.

you are absolutely correct i pulled my top end and i think my crank bearings are f*cked because the kick start is still stuck and my crank wont move.

i know...and yeah that may be the cause ..or the lower/big end rod bearing went out...or you have a clutch/transmission prob.

years ago i was drag racing a car in a field beside the road on my 96 blaster i was 5th gear pinned and just pulled in the clutch to shift into 6th and i had a rod bearing seize up on me it was a stroker motor new cases and all it just barely had 4 hours on it and it self destructed itself i didnt buy ned cases i jb welded a piece of gas tank strap over the hole where the rod came through and put a crank in it and it ran like a champ again didnt have a single problem except when i would catch a tree and pull the patch off then i would go home and re weld it on.

hey pulled the clutch cover today and my clutch was destroyed, the springs were all bent and grinded on the cover. my crank bearings are fine but i already pulled the motor out of the frame and cleaned it up. I'm thinking about the stock vito's crank, or the stroker who knows...... but I'm replacing all seals and bearings, clutch, and I'm getting the bottom end painted because the previous owner painted it white and its all coming off and it looks like total sh*t. And i have taken pics of all my steps, so look forward to a good rebuild video.
