ma.
That new toy would be my 03' Blaster. I found a decent deal on craigslist for a Blaster last Sat. and I have been scouring the net ever since for info. Downloaded a free service manual, always nice to have, read several reviews and found this site. I enjoy looking at if not drooling over everybody's rides. So mine is completely stock and runs great. It has a few quirks but not too molested from the previous owners. I plan on doing a lot of trail riding mostly local on rocky gnarly paths. Well without getting to geeky about my ride, thanks for having me and I look forward to future input and putting in my two pennies. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum bro. Enjoy your stay and there is A LOT of information about blasters here. If you need help just ask.

thank you, one can certainly get lost on this siteI:I yeah the quad still even has what I believe to be the original cheng shin AT balloon style tires. I like the ground clearance and when I bought it I think they only had like 10 pounds in all four put together. have since inflated to proper pressure and now the quad wants to bounce. I really like the power as is all stock for the trails I'm riding as I spend most of my time in 1st and 2nd gears, tight, technical woodsy trials like stuff. But I definitely need some decent tires while still maintaining some ground clearance and I think the shocks which aren't great to begin with are a bit tired, they rebound very slowly when you press down on the quad, especially the fronts.

hey welcome to the world of blasters! for a tire you are going to want a 20in.... like mine, 20-11-8's. and if you are looking for some good down low power for the trails your gonna want a shearer pipe! If you need any help pm me or anyone, i am good with trail blasters reason being mine is.... and also, a cheap mod is removing the airbox.... but remember, whenever changes are made to the "engine" you will need to rejet..... ohh and you said you dont like your stock shocks? I suggest getting some banshee fronts, they fit right on with no fitment issues (they are a great upgrade over stock) ...

hey again welcome and feel free to ask for help!
