I just twisted the big thing that looked like it would twist off on the TORS. Cleaned her out good, got her going yesterday. My clutch is gone though i think, pull it in, doesn't dis-engauge all the way... heh... And my there is a constant stream of fuel coming out of i guess its the overflow, so it's still being dumped, i just cleaned the clogs...

You may have a dirty needle and seat, or it could have a build up of varnish.

Have you adjusted the float level?

I'm pretty sure it's the float valve, someone told me to tap on the carb bowl with a screwdriver handel.

Just a temporary fix, if you have to clout the carb to stop the fuel flowing, there must be an underlying problem.

You need to clean the needle and seat assembly, adjust the float level, make sure the float is running freely or is not filling with fuel.

Clouting the carb at idle, may fix the problem, but if the problem happens at 60mph, you just try to clout the carb then without coming a gutzer.
