i was looking and looking for a vin number on my blaster. I couldnt find it so my dad took one look and found it on the motor lol. So its a 92 instead of a 91.

the vin isnt on the motor... its on the lower left side of the frame in front of the motor

the number on the motor is a serial number from yamaha.

its easy to find on the lower frame rail infront of the motor on the left side (under whare your pipe sticks out)

what do you need it for? if its not on the frame there is one reason why. its stolen, and someone ground it off to cover their tracks.

Which by the way does not always work. There is some kind of acid treatment that can be used to make it show back up

Or it could be a blank frame. like a replacement frame from the factory. I know a guy that has a blaster with a blank frame. When he sand blasted it to re-paint it there was not a mark on it where the vin should be
