so i took my blasty out on the trails for the first time all was going well when a bolt must have not been tightened and my muffler came off lol thats not the point but....i was riding along in 4th gear and all the sudden me enging made this wierd noise and kinda clunked out and died and i tried to start it again but it was real hard to kick it over but it did eventually start and i rode it home then the next day i tried to start it and the motor sounded funny but it ran good until i stopped and took a break then i wouldnt start again i have no idea what happen so if you could help me out that would be great thanks:-/

sounds like you hot seised the rings, and it was hard to kick due to the rings stickin to the cylinder wall, chances are of you pull the head off the cyl wall is ass scraped up, and now that its cool it wont start because its low on compression from messing up the cyl and rings

well it will start but i have to kick it a bunch

its your rings trust me and get a new piston and rings and get that cylinder bored dude trust me you dont wanna ride that thing youll get stuck in the wood some where but once you get a new top end run it rich and get a block off kit for it and man that thing will run good

how much do you think all of that will cost?

bad, you could bust off pices of the ring, and total trash the cylinder, and send pices into the bottom end and lock up the crank, than your lookin at re sleeve, piston, rings, hprob a head, crank, crank seals, berrings, the whole shebang

wiseco piston all the way, you'll need to take the cylinder to the machine shop, they'll tell you how big it needs to go and what piston size to get

top end rebuild cost me 150 bucks. But I ended up skimping on the piston and getting a pro X. I will be getting a wiseco for the next top end rebuild for sure
