i did a compression check!

well, it read at 125 psi, and i was soooo happy.I:I i figured it would be getting low. but i have no clue the last time it was rebuilt. so im happy!

damn man sorry to hear that! you try putting new rings in it? but if its that low defently time for a rebuild lol but seriously just put new rings in it !

My 94 had only 65psi and actually ran pretty good.

dont kno the compresion before i rebuilt mine but the piston was as black as the paint on my plastics and cracked still ran like a dream

125psi here as well on the money actually.should be higher if the heads been milled I didn't mill mine so its right on.

Hard to tell but if its been well maintained with that kind of compression it doesn't really matter.lol u know?

its hard to tell, if you take care of these things like you should and use a little common sense they last quite a while


however its the lack of regular maintenance and common sense that turns them into ticking time bombs
