I was rideing and my chain came off, bent my crank rod and a peice of my block came off i tried jb weld but it came off ANY SUGGESTIONS???!!!!???!!!???:-[

How'd it bend the crank??? Do you mean the countershaft? Did the piece leave a hole in the tranny case or the crank case???
yes i can see into the tranny and i tried jb weld but it didnt hold i need sumthing stronger or how much to fix?
you said it bent something, what did it bend? I never heard of brazing cast aluminum, but i would try everything before finding a new case half. Oh and did you degrease before using the JB cause the metals gotta be cleaner than clean. Might try some epoxy.
idle? So it runs but does oil come flinging out the hole when running? It needs fixin anyway to prevent dirt from gettin in there. What mods and jetting you running?
Problem is also what got into the transmission? Metal , dirt , etc you need to drain the tranny , flush it , and clean the area and I'd suggest you use msr aluminum epoxy , it won't be permanent , but will last until you get a new case half
Listen to these people, your going to need to fix it and you need to flush the transmission to get anything thats not soposed to be there out, and even if you unbent the shift rod it's not to the exact specs of were it should be so you need to fix it, if you don't do this I'll get a airleak and blow your topend, then ull have a useless blaster motor
if i were to sell as is how much do u think i could get it has bean bored out to a 240,rear extended axle yoshi slipp on with toomey b1 fatty pipe but no brakes
