Ok guys, I finally go my hyrdo conversion on with norms spindles and raptor calipers. It was a nightmare to get the system fully bled with bench bleeding the master cylinder and everything.
Anyway, I didn't have a real good firm lever, but I went and rode for a bit and the brakes really came to life! I have awesome brakes now...... I can do endo's lol.
But one problem, the calipers are hanging up. It isn't releasing all the pressure off the piston when I'm not on the brakes. I pulled the calipers back off and (didn't disconnect them) and squeezed the piston all the way back in, and tried to lube the caliper sliders. It worked, but for only about 15minutes, and now when I get on the brakes hard, the left is grabbing much harder then the right, and will actually throw the quad side ways if the back end comes off the ground. Any ideas?
It is kinda hard to push the quad, and takes 2 hands to spin the wheel if the are off the ground.
