How to turn dull rubber shiney!

Well my spark plug boot is messed up and would let water in so i went to the auto parts store and got a ingnition sealer for like distrubitor caps and such. It looks like this (will get a pic in a few)

well i figured since its a flexible clear coat i sprayed it on my intake manifold and just let it dry. Well the other day i look over at it im like sh*t gas is on it i touch it and its dry it just has a really shiney look to it. Just figured that you guys might wanna do this becuase i have put armorall on it before and it still wont look shiney this makes it look brand new.

figured i would get atleast one comment if you have it off and want it to look like new this is sweet or hell i just sprayed it while it was on the bike and it just burnt off the head

gloss clear engine enamal will give the same look...

I havent tried it but tingley makes a rubber conditioner, I wonder if it'll give similiar results.

kwiki black shoe polish works great on black rubber and plastic parts too

did my stator cover looks pretty good i know its pretty much a clear coat but this stuff is alot more durable
