How To Adjust Your Suspension

ive been messing for a while, and been looking on the internet, and could not find anything on how to adjust suspension- aka compression & rebound for different conditions like jumps, trails, whoops, and corning. also could never find anything for quads let a alone blaster or 400ex shock. so here is my vid explaining everything!
