yea i was gonna take it to a shop but i dont trust mechanics theyl lie and say i need a new clutch or sum sh*t. no offense to the builders here i just had a lotta bad experience with them whether it be cars or quads

Be aware that almost any oil will be pretty thick in the cold causing the clutch to drag, act like egauged even with lever pulled
yea it gets pretty cold here. when i 1st got it it wasnt as cold and the clutch was perfect. now that its cold as FK thats when it acts up.hopefully its not as cold tmrw so i could work on it
is it possible to loose the ball without having the shaft disassembled? i've just got the rod threaded almost clear off the nut.

Idk I think when u loosen the shaft the ball is loose also. Then that's when u adjust it with the actuator I guess. or splitting the case? I'm not sure I've never been that far into a motor. I'm going by wat I read
