guess i'm tied for second then with 4, but thats on 2 bikes
my piston skirt broke the second day i owned it, then a local dealer gouged my cases and caused an airleak frying another, then i found ken oconnor, but a green paper gasket i used sucked in = airleak = boom
and i had a stock crank go out in my sons bike
both are now completely ken oconnor built/assembled and life is good
