how do you guys deal with clutch clearance with bigger carbs

A reed spacer works well, thats what I used.I have seeen 34mm keihins bolt straight up without a reed spacer and clear the clutch arm with no problems.

I think I am having a problem with this also, seems like its hitting the bowl of the carb, I'll find out for sure when I put my carb back on.

also make sure that ur clutch arm is lined up with the flat mark on the case....if the arm is behind that mark your clutch is out of adjusment

good tip bro, i was having this problem too. i just tilted the carb a little like yb suggested and it worked fine. but after replacing my crank seals and having to re adjust that arm to line up with that mark on the case, i dont have to tilt it anymore. i can run it straight up and down and it doesnt hit. its close but it clears..

I looked and its out of adjustment. Now I'm going to have to take off the clutch cove I just put on 2 days ago, and try to find a place with a gasket in stock.

Thanks everyone.
