how do ya'll feel about disconnecting .....

Is it any better to disconnect & block off the oil pump & start mixing oil with my gas ????????? If so why is it better ?

the oil pump often fails, no chance of it failing and causing you motor to seize up, also makes your quad lighter

disconnect it, removing that pump will save you time and money (if your motor seizes up) your better off disconnecting it because at anytime that little gear could stop spinning, then BAM you got no oil, when theres no oil in the motor, it seizes.
