how do u remove the tores

i have a yamaha blaster 200cc and it is reving up and i need to remove the tores i am woderin wat else do i need to do as i have pluged out the wires beside the carb and am wodering wat else to remove need help

Revving up could be caused by an air leak somewhere, do a leak down test.

If you want to remove TORS completely you need a kit, consisting of a carb cap, throttle cable and idle screw.
