How do I remove flywheel?

take the washer and nut off get a small 2 oz dead blow and hit around the perimiter of the flywheel. turn it hit it turn it, all around, shoulndt have to very just just constant and it always works free for me.
but if you have a puller use it.

I got my puller from Vito's for $9.00 but I was ordering other stuff so shipping wasn't a factor. If your going to try without the puller leave the nut loose on the crank so you don't mess up the threads.

You can check the basics of how your stator coils are doing without removing the flywheel though. There are very good instructions in the manual which you can find a link to in the DIY section. All you will need is an ohmmeter and you will get more useful info than a visual inspection. BTW the instructions are good for '02 and earlier Blasters. I have the supplement manual for '03 and up I can send if you need it. Just PM me.
