how do i get bushings out

I bought 12 rubber bushings for my a arms and i have no idea how to get the origanal bushing out. Please help

Take a long screwdriver and slide it inside one end until it hits the lip of the bushing. Take a hammer and give it a couple whacks, they should pop out.
