Thanks for your help . It needs a little TLC it been setting a while . I'm thinking about removing the oiler and just mixing the gas . Good or bad idea ?

Leave the oil injection, unless you wish to use an oil that will not inject, or need to change the oil/fuel ratio.

The oil injection is faultless if cared for properly.

Rule of thumb is to leak test any used 2 stroke that comes into your possession?

Google Blaster leak down test.

in these cases where the oil injection system has been sitting unused for who knows how long ?
i'd remove it and mix to be 100% sure it's getting the lubrication needed.
who knows whats in the system from the previous owner, or sitting...dirt, gummed up oil, ect.

It is oiling I had the hose off to check . I may leave intact .I am going to take tank off and clean though . I did a search of the leak test its very similar to checking chain saws . Are leaks common on the blaster ?

You seem to have a grasp on the situation, make sure you bleed all the air from the system.

Air leaks are common to most 2 strokes, they keep engine builders in business as people seem to be apathetic and ignorant about them ( no offence inferred).
