as some of you remember the wife and i looekd out a house out in the country... well we fonnaly got go to see the inside and sit down and talk...

3 br 1.5 bath 24x24 2.5 car garage.. insulated, own circuit breaker, a 220 outlet. about 8 normal outlets, 6? over hear florecent lights,

just over half acre of land, niiiice house, allll apliances included, central air, well water, .... and right across the street is the power lines..... so i should be able to ride the lines, and possibly part of the farm field in the back yard...

$625 a month rent for now, than we are planning on buying it,

its got little things that make it that much nicer... like the floor and ceiling are double insulated,central air is 3 years old, washer and dryer included, dish washer, and so on.. its 8 miles out of town just out side a small town of about 100 ppl

i hear that. im in town but kinda the back part.. and have 1 acre and back yard lined with pine trees so i got some privacy.. i dont like "tight" living. need to some room to breathe.

were payin 545 for a 2 br upper duplex with a almost one car garage, nothing included... so its more but we also would be paying less in heat, water and elec due to the insulation
