looks like a 34pj to me, not a bad carb IMO. i would say u payed a bit too much but if it gets ur motor where u want then no worries. first thing i would do is change the needle to a CEL, alot of guys have idle issues with these carbs and the CEL tends to help

i'd say thats gonna work just fine, i run one on my KOR ported motor, but it required a needle change, from the "k" sumthin to a "dgh" needle, and i believe noobs went to a "cel" needle
the dude at carb parts warehouse suggested mine, i'd give them a call and explain exactly what you have and he'll steer ya straight, if someone on here cant,
that is...if needed, give it a try first, and plug chop all 3 throttle ranges

edit...damn noobs beat me to it, hahahaaa

some guys hog out the stock one, but i wouldnt, too thin and a risk to tear and leak
aftermarket popular ones are the "pro design" i run, the "upp" and "snyder motorsport" models
expect to pay around $60 for the latter 2, and more than you paid for the carb for the pro design, unless you find an ebay deal

x2.. i had a stock one i reamed out with a dremmel and it worked great for a while but i didnt really like it, blasterfreek still has a reamed stocker i belive but a true intake made for the big carb is nice, pops right in and stays super secure

What about heating and molding over a pipe?

ive run my 35 pwk in a stock intake for over a yr with no probs at all...if the hole is centered right, u should have no leaks or risk of tearing, there is alot more meat left after reaming than everyone thinks...nice job dude
