Well today I was riding with a buddy just ripping it around jumping just being stupid then all of sudden it got extemely loud and i looked down and my helicoil pulled out.... so i brought it home and took apart my echaust and took my jug off and to my surprise my piston had a lil damage done.... it had to hot spots on the rings on either side of the wrist pin bearing.... along with scracthes below it on the wall of the piston itself like it got seized up and broke loose... also I looked down the cylinder and everything looks good i just see 2 spots of where it might of seized up but am not sure if justa hone job will do the trick or bore it to .020 over now?

Wait what helicoil blew out?
How bad are the marks on the cylinder walls?
It's hard to say without a look.
Honing is fine for miniscule stuff but if you hone out something big you end up with a new problem- piston slap.
Piston slap is bad and could led to catastrophic failure.
Again it's hard to say.
If you can feel it on the cylinder walls with your finger then it's def time to re-bore.

na thats the thing it feels smooth still and the helicoil is on the exhaust side liek where the exhaust studs come through it was done once alrede but somehow came out.. so i need a new one

tough call... I would take to a machine shop and check it.. cuz something similar happend to my cr125r and we just honed it for now but it def needs to be bored
