Alright, well I like messing with my school when I get a chance, especially when it helps other places. But one came up that I have been thinking about for a while now.

Has anyone ever seen those "I ♥ boobies" shirts? Well they're made from the keep-a-breast foundation, and every shirt purchased donates money. So it's for a good cause.

Do you think if I wore it to school, I'd get in trouble. I am clearly expressing concern about breast cancer (I'm not just buying the shirt to screw with my school, I do like buying things for good causes). I think if they made me take it off it would be a case for argument. Your opinions?

For those that haven't seen the shirts, this is what they look like:

hell yeah do it and tell them its for a good cause, just make sure u have the facts to argue it, and the worst they can do is make u turn it inside out, freedom of speech right?

That's what I thought, too. I'll do it. Time to order up a shirt!

no our school has one of 3 options. sit in iss for the day (in school suspension) have some one bring you new clothes. or if its bad enough get 2 days oss (out of school suspension)

People have done inside out a few times. If they give me ISS for a cancer awareness shirt, I will raise hell.

and see there is ur argument, its for a good cause. and the sh*t storm it would cause, kid gets suspended for caneer awareness?? not gonna happen

they would have gave me iss for a very small hole by my foot. my mom brought me new stuff tho
Really? They always just make me put basketball shorts on. I want to wear my ripped up jeans with basketball shorts overtop. What are they going to say? "Take your jeans off so you can expose your whole leg"

this type of sh*t started when i was graduating, we used to get to wear anything we wanted, hell i wore a wife beater flip flops and basketball shortsto school at times, its bullshit nowadays.

Yes, it is.
One of our dress code rules is absolutely no ripped jeans. I can understand girls showing off their underwear or something through a hole, yeah, fine, that's not good for public school. But what about the kids who can't AFFORD new jeans with no holes?

your school sucks

lots of rich kids that get away with everything, emo fags, fags period, and like 5 fat people that change the lunch because they are fat. we cant have salt or anything fried. also we have something with chicken every day of the week. so yea sucks pretty much is the description of it

Don't forget jocks and male staff that grades females ridiculously easy.

I'd bet you would have to take it off, an whether it's for a good cause or not, is irrelevant if it incites an innuendo that is found offensive.....and let's face it.....you REALLY aren't doing it for the cause......you are doing it to try to get away with wearing a "I love boobies" shirt in school.....hence why you started the thread.

Reality doesn't work that way. You could make a testicular cancer awareness shirt that says "Suck the cancer from ballsacks", and it's going to be just as offensive. You can play innuendos all you want, but at the end of the day it's an offensive statement regardless of what it was backing.

I think it's fairly obvious the douches that walk around with holes in their jeans are just going for the baggy/hardass look and buy jeans with holes in them for the first place. I'm all for getting rid of it. If you can't afford a $10 pair of jeans, I don't know what to tell you.....you are pretty much f*cked to begin with if you can't summon up $10 for jeans. Excuses are a biotch.
