How you doin fellas, i have a issue with a friends bike once again hahahaha. When he kick starts his bike it will turn on then the idle goes crazy high he has no tors and he also has no back brake so the parking break is no issue any help will be great...... awk my brotha where are u lol....thanks guys

tors and parking brake saftey circuts cut revs, not induce them.
eliminate those from the possible suspects.

a few things can cause a high idle....

dirty carb/partially blocked pilot jet:

low fuel level in the carb bowl, creating a lean condition.

also check for good fuel flow to the carb.

stuck carb slide,
there's a pin inside carb throat that a slot in the slide must align with.
also check the cable isn't holding the slide open.
