Hi people my name is James I live in Australia. I am rebuilding a 1991 dt200r(I know this is a Blaster Forum, but wait my questions will be relevant)
I was wondering if anyone had swapped a dt200r engine into their Blaster, and used the Blaster +3mm stroker crankshaft kit? Does anyone know if the stroker crankshaft will work in the Dt motor? Has anyone tried it? Are there other mods that have to be done to make this combination work( Porting etc?)Great to see so many mods available to the Blaster! Hope someone can help me with my YFS/DT200R project.

hmmmmm, i dont think you should chance it. mabey you should just send me that motor, you know, just to play it safe. LOL!!! welcome to the forum man somebody will have the answers you want.

well the dt200 motor is basically the same as the blaster motor except it is water cooled and produces more horsepower even the motor mounts are nearly identical. so in theory every blaster mod should work on a dt200 motor
