My name is Keith. I live in Michigan and am a beginning quad owner. I have a '99 blaster with full fmf exhaust, boyesen reeds, 66.75 mm wiseco piston, open airbox. Just replaced the piston and having trouble with idle on the carb. Seems to be to rich and the pilot air screw is 1 1/2 turns out which is standard position. 300 main jet 32.5 pilot. Pictures comming once i get it repaired!!

i would say you're waaaaaaaay too rich. stock jet is only a 230. i dont run a open airbox but with my listed mods a 250 with the needle on the 4th clip works awesome.
