Hey everyone, I am new to the site, not new to quads.
I own a banshee. just a run of the mill trail banshee.
I bought a blaster for the girlfriend that I am currently rebuilding. I thought I would join the site to see if I can get any useful tips to help keep the cost down. It is going to be her b-day gift. Hopefully I can have it done by then.
I will post up some pictures later, but only of the blaster, not of her, sorry.

awwwww we like girl friend pics as long as they are at least 18 . is there anything wrong with the blasty or u just saying hi? but anyhew welcome aboard!!

wrong yes, it was blown up.
just need to do a normal rebuild to the engine, it isn't going to get any porting or anything for now, maybe down the road. i might do the banshee upgrade to it, shocks and axle and maybe the hydro rear brake.
also she is over 18 and i know what pics everyone wants, but i like to not piss her off.

edit: reason it will be stockish, is because she has never ridden before. so i thought a blaster would be the best quad to teach her on before she moved up to something different.

We are picture whores here, well I am, I like pictures of everything, hhaha. There is tons of info and a lot of great people on this site. As far as saving you money, It depends on ow well you hold back on tempations, haha, they will try talking you into anything

a run of the mill shee is nice? i was trying to say that it is just a banshee and nothing special by it, and i will post some pictures tonight of my banshee and the blaster i am working on.

oh i know about being asked for pictures, but i went to DARE, so i am use to saying NO lol. but i will post up pictures of my quads, just not my girl. i like getting some, and if she sees i posted pictures up of her without asking again, i might lose my balls.

the banshee is just a mx ported 4mil. doesn't have much, maybe makes 60hp.
i am thinking about getting new plastic for the blaster, maybe do a full black theme or a full white theme, not sure yet. right now it is just getting the engine 100% and then worry about the other stuff.
