my kinda guy, nice quads, love the fab work you did.

really hope the mustang still has a ford in it...

OOHHH YES!! 347 w/ 529hp, TREMEC TKO, 410's, COIL OVERS, 70/30's, &
50/50's. SHE RUNS 6.60 @ 103MPH IN THE 1/8, ALL MOTOR.

Thats awesome man, finally someone else with a ford motor. My father just won the pumpgas drags with his Black 88 Thunderbird. It has a 572 all aluminum ford with an F3 procharger. You'll Dig it, I think it will be in the september issue of Hotrod. The first week we had it goin it did an 8.31 at 175mph on a 10.2(maybe 10.8) ET Street in the 1/4 mile(ON PUMP GAS).

I'm assuming you have hydro rear brakes on all of those is that correct? dude...why r the rear hubs on the outside, to bring the wheels in?? And then i noticed all you guys r running solid rears, whats up with that?

WE HAVE HYDRO BRAKES ON THE BLACK ONE, STOCK CALIPER w/ A CUSTOM
CABLE ON THE OLD MANS, AND NO REAR BRAKES ON MINE RIGHT NOW.
NARROW SEAMS TO GET BETTER, MORE STABLE TRACTION. THE SHOCK ALLOWS SQUAT, THAT MEANS LOST ENERGY, THE STRUT ALLOWS A STRAIGHT HARD LAUNCHES, WITH INSTANT MOVEMENT OFF THE LINE.

Your dad is Jim Plimpton. I just met him in the tech line Friday night at WIR. Real nice guy and one helluva sweet car!
