ok do this, unscrew the cap off the carb. that is on the top of the carb with the tors box ontop of it.
then clean the carb out. you wasn't able to properly clean the carb with it still on the bike that like.

you need to clean it. there are different ways to clean it. i personally like to take everything apart on the carb and let it soak overnight it this cleaner i have. then i take the carb body and use my parts washer to clean it out, then i use carb cleaner to blow anything that still might be there out. finally i use an air gun to blow anything out and to dry it.
you also should use carb cleaner and the air gun to clean out the jets.

make sure not to lose anything, i soak everything in the same cup, then after soaking, i put the float, float valve, jets, everything but the carb into a baggy so they dont get lost. then i clean the carb body. when clean each little part, i pull them out one at a time and clean them then put them into a new clean baggy.

also again you can take pictures as you go so if you get confused or lost you and we can help you trace your footsteps and help you fix it.

use kerosine. that is what i use for cleaner. but i would suggest also getting some carb cleaner, it isn't much for one can.

Do you have a blaster manual? If you don't you can download one that's stickied in GENERAL SUPPORT.

did it run when parked? did you put new gas in the tank old gas is just as bad as a dirty carb does the spark plug have the proper gap if not it will look like a good spark out of the bike but might not fire when it is under compression in the engine did you actually check the compression with a gauge or just think it is good because the feel of the kick there are lots of reasons that could cause it not to start for the basics getting somebody there with you that knows engines in general would be a great help
