either it is electrical
compression
or fuel related......
i know it sounds easy but you need to investigate all aspect.
if it ran fine when you parked it..i would get new plug/then clean the pilot jet in carb,
and while you are at it check the reed's
compression test with a compression tester not the feel of the kicker.
free flowing gas from tank to carb.....
search on here/type questions in your internet browser and im sure you can pin point it a lil
better and find the source of the problem.
then up date us with your findings and we can help
either the rain messed up your electrical or low compression fuel problem
