iv got a set of suzuki QuadSport Z250 rear fenders and i was thinking of puting them on my blaster and i was gonna put the air box and storage out of my other set of blaster plastic in it and cut middle out of the z250 so that the air box will fit in it what would be the best to glue them toghter

you could also re drill the holes for the bolts and kind of lay them on top of eachother or... zipties and ducktape work wonders man hahaha

Zip ties would let you call it FrankenBlaster...ha ha.

Seriously, there are plastic epoxies out there that would work wonders. It is like JBWeld (awesome stuff by the way) and also like gas tank fixer. Just jig your pieces together, apply the epoxy and way till it hardens...VOILA!! No air leaks, bonds like teenagers on a dirt road and you can grind/file it so it doesn't look like a growth.

yea as ez said that's what unwound go with is epoxy of some kind. I you can make it so it is under the seat you'll never even notice best way I can think of is put them on and measure and look and see what's what

did you make sure to sand everything very well before applying it? i have used epoxy to hold together broken vases before didnt look pretty but it would hold water and that was on glass...
