i am running a uni pod on the carb on a minkuni 30mm spigot carb... what jetting should i use

That's about right^^. The use of a pod air filter will require a larger pilot than stock, as it flows way more air than the stock filter. This will upset the jetting at all slide positions; not just in the upper ranges. I'd try a 160 main and 40 pilot, and tune it from there. Better rich and smoky at first than clean and sorry later... I run a 155 main and a 40 pilot on my Blasty with a K&N pod, if that helps. I still don't have the jetting spot on on mine, but it is pretty close and just runs a bit rich...
