I am looking into buying a 2004 blaster but I don't know anyone who has one to ask. Will a 200cc 2 stroke blaster haul my fat(250lbs)butt around the woods. I have a 300cc mountianeer that I use to plow my driveway and cruise around the woods but I want another atv and I see alot of blasters for sale. Will they be right for me? Help I need advice.

it should haul you around fine, mine with just reeds and pipe will haul me around pretty well (220lbs) but i haven't had it in the woods yet. but out in the open it'd run hard

when i had my blaster i had 2 people that we both weight 200lbs and it still went so 400lbs on the quad and it was so going pretty hard

There is a weight limit at 365 I believe. Just for those of you that are curious. That's a for a stock blaster as well. Might be a little more with after market suspension upgrades. It will haul you fine. It sounds like you just want something to play around with in the woods and the blaster is about the best for that. Got the speed when you want it. It's also pretty nice with it being so small, I can load and unload mine from a pick-up and I am 5'10'' and 150 lbs.

Good luck, if you get one post some pictures so we can all see it. Just wait around for a good deal and talk them down if you can. Don't jump on the first blaster you see. Bad idea.

I:IThanks I was looking for the weight limit.

My friend is 6'4" and weighs around 260. It drives fine with him, its not as fast with a heavier person. He cant hit any jumps real well it may be just because he doesnt have a clue on how to ride atvs. He tried to jump a small 3ft hill 3 times and flipped it each time. Needless to say he doesnt ride my blaster anymore.lol You'll need some better shocks and you'll be good to go. By the way used shocks are pretty cheap. Try the the 400ex rear shock.
I would recomend getting a banshee, its more suited for your size and they hall ass.
